Job Description:
Kumba Iron Ore is seeking a dedicated and independent Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Online Customer Care Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency. 3. Assist customers with online ordering, shipping, and product information. 4. Process returns and exchanges according to company policies. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media platforms. 6. Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 7. Provide feedback to the team on common customer issues and suggestions for improvements.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
