Online Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

Alexander Forbes is looking for a part-time Online Customer Care Officer to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via online channels such as email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with account management, product information, and issue resolution. 3. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experience. 4. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further action. 8. Contribute to improving overall customer satisfaction and retention rates.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Energetic and confident personality traits. 3. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. 4. Ability to work part-time hours in a fast-paced environment. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and online customer service platforms. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
