Job Description: Old Mutual is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Officer to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and a proven track record of providing exceptional online customer care.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online channels including email, chat, and social media platforms - Assist customers with account maintenance, billing inquiries, and general information about products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and follow up on customer requests as needed - Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in our online customer care processes - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and online communication tools - Driven and dedicated attitude towards providing excellent customer care - Decision-making and strategic planning skills to effectively address customer needs - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
