Online Customer Care Representative

The Foschini Group is seeking a dedicated Online Customer Care Representative to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are hardworking, independent, and possess excellent project management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Monitor online reviews and provide feedback to the relevant departments. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Proficiency in using online platforms and customer service software. 4. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle high-stress situations. 5. High school diploma or equivalent.
