Job Description - Online Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Online Customer Care Representative to join our team at Kumba Iron Ore in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service roles.


Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to customer inquiries and issues via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times - Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - Driven and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong people management and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using online customer service platforms - Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems - High school diploma or equivalent
