Job Description - Online Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


Truworths International is seeking a dedicated Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our online customers receive top-notch service and support.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer queries via various online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to online customers. 4. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns. 5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 6. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and improve customer satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Assist with online promotions and marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase customer engagement.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Independent and motivated with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. 3. Strong people management skills and the ability to handle difficult customers with empathy and professionalism. 4. Proficient in data analysis to identify customer trends and make informed decisions. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced online environment. 7. Proficiency in using online customer service platforms and social media channels. 8. A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
