Job Description:
Exxaro Resources is seeking a reliable and motivated Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through various online platforms, including email, chat, and social media. 2. Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and order status. 3. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of any issues. 6. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and improve the overall customer experience. 7. Assist in developing and implementing new customer service strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers. 3. Proficient in data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. 5. Knowledge of online customer service platforms and tools. 6. Reliable and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
