Online Customer Service Associate

**Job Description**

Mediclinic Southern Africa is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Service Associate to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service.

**Responsibilities:**

- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner. - Assist customers with online orders, product information, and account management. - Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or issues. - Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service delivery. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions.
