Online Customer Service Associate

Job Description: Shoprite Holdings is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Online Customer Service Associate to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As an Entry Level part-time employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers and ensuring their shopping experience is seamless and positive.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via email, live chat, and social media platforms. 2. Assisting customers with placing online orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues that may arise. 3. Troubleshooting technical problems with the online shopping platform and providing solutions to customers. 4. Collaborating with other departments such as logistics and marketing to ensure timely delivery of orders and promotions are effectively communicated to customers. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience preferred. 2. Confident and resilient personality traits to handle difficult situations with professionalism. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers in a virtual setting. 4. Creativity and problem-solving skills to think outside the box in resolving customer issues. 5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online shopping platforms. 6. Must be able to work part-time hours with flexibility to work evenings and weekends when necessary.
