Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time Online Customer Service Manager to join our team at Sasol in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, South Africa. As a Mid-to-Senior Level employee with at least 8 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our online customer service operations.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve online customer service processes and procedures - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Manage a team of online customer service representatives, providing guidance and training as needed - Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and complaints through various online channels - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Plan and implement online customer service initiatives to enhance the customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service
Requirements: - At least 8 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of success - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address customer needs - Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Experience managing a team and leading projects to successful completion - High proficiency in online customer service platforms and software - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
