Job Description - Online Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Alexander Forbes is seeking a passionate and confident Online Customer Service Manager to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage the online customer service team and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures. 3. Train and mentor team members to enhance their performance and productivity. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Monitor customer feedback and implement necessary changes to enhance the online customer experience. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination. 7. Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement. 8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online customer service.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Strong people management and persuasion skills. 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 4. Proven experience in online customer service management. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
