Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Online Customer Service Officer to join our team at Bidvest Group in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive customer experience - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and concerns - Monitoring online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Providing support for online marketing campaigns and promotions - Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in using online customer service tools and software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strategic planning skills to anticipate and address customer needs proactively - Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service - Previous experience in e-commerce or online retail is a plus
