Job Description - Online Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


MMI Holdings is seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Manage online customer accounts and ensure accurate information is maintained - Assist customers with online transactions and troubleshoot any technical issues - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve the online customer experience - Monitor online customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Handle escalated customer concerns effectively and escalate to management when necessary - Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and energetic personality - Strong critical thinking skills and ability to lead customer interactions - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in online communication platforms and customer service software - Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and evenings
