Job Description:
The Bidvest Group is seeking a dedicated and efficient Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Interact with customers through online chat, email, and phone to provide assistance and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries and concerns effectively - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues - Utilize strategic planning and critical thinking skills to identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with online sales promotions and marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales
Requirements: - Hardworking and resilient individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Strategic planning and critical thinking skills to solve problems and improve customer service processes - Experience with online customer service platforms and tools - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new systems quickly - Flexibility to work part-time hours including evenings and weekends, as needed
