Online Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Old Mutual, a leading financial services company in Johannesburg, Gauteng, is seeking a Part-Time Online Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via online platforms such as email, live chat, and social media. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall success of the customer service team.

Requirements: 1. Driven and resilient personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment. 2. Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail to effectively resolve customer issues. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4.
