Online Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Service Representative to join our team at Distell Group in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through various online channels such as live chat, email, and social media. 2. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 3. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. 4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide personalized recommendations and solutions to customers. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience and service offerings. 6. Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and resilient personality traits. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills. 3. Experience in a customer service role for at least 4 years. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficient in computer systems and CRM software.
