Job Description:

Discovery Limited is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Online Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms 2. Provide information about our products and services 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges 4. Assist customers with account maintenance and troubleshooting technical issues 5. Investigate and resolve customer complaints 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 8. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 2. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities 3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment 4. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms 5. Strong research skills to find solutions to customer inquiries 6. High school diploma or equivalent 7. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required 8. Must be driven and willing to learn
