Online Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

AngloGold Ashanti is seeking a motivated and resourceful Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As a part-time entry-level position, this role will require zero years of experience but a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy - Assisting customers with product information, order status, and general queries - Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience - Managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively to meet service level agreements - Updating customer records and information accurately in the company database

Requirements: - Resourceful and independent individual who can work well under minimal supervision - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Demonstrated leadership qualities in a customer service or related role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer programs - High school diploma or equivalent required
