Job Description:
Sasol is seeking a dedicated Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level candidates who are looking to kickstart their career in customer success. The Online Customer Success Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the success of our online customers by providing timely and effective support and assistance.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through various online channels - Maintaining a positive and professional relationship with customers - Tracking customer feedback and providing insights to improve our online services - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Assisting in the development of customer success strategies - Conducting customer surveys and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Providing regular reports on customer success metrics to management
Requirements: - Reliable and adaptable personality traits - Strong cooperation and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - High attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic knowledge of online customer service best practices - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and online communication tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
