Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable Online Customer Success Associate to join our team at Absa Group Limited in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time, entry-level position that does not require any prior experience. As an Online Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via online channels such as email, chat, and social media to assist with any inquiries or issues they may have - Provide guidance and support to customers navigating our online platform - Assist customers with account setup, login issues, and general troubleshooting - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any potential concerns - Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the online customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
Requirements: - Adaptable and reliable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment - Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers - Innovative thinker who can come up with creative solutions to customer problems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using online platforms and tools - High school diploma or equivalent
