Job Description - Online Customer Success Manager


Job Description:


We are looking for a passionate and motivated Online Customer Success Manager to join our team at Sanlam in Pretoria, Gauteng. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the success of our online customers, ensuring their needs are met and delivering exceptional service to drive customer satisfaction and retention.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer success and satisfaction for our online customers - Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and requirements - Provide guidance and support to customers, addressing any queries or issues they may have - Collaborate with internal teams to improve the online customer experience - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Monitor customer usage and engagement to drive adoption and retention - Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers - Track and report on key performance indicators related to customer success


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in customer success or a related field - Strong negotiation and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred) - Experience working with online customers (preferred)
