Job Description - Online Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


Pick n Pay Stores is seeking an Online Customer Success Manager to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the online customer experience and drive customer retention - Build and maintain strong relationships with online customers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively - Monitor and analyze online customer behavior and preferences to optimize the online shopping experience - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless online customer interactions and transactions - Provide online customers with product recommendations, promotions, and personalized offers to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction - Conduct regular customer feedback surveys and use the data to make improvements to the online shopping platform - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer success management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of success in online customer success management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Dedicated and hardworking with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction - Proficient in time management and able to prioritize tasks effectively
