Job Description:
Mondi Group is seeking a highly motivated Online Customer Success Officer to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals who are independent, dedicated, creative, and possess excellent persuasion skills. The primary responsibility of the Online Customer Success Officer is to ensure customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain relationships with online customers to ensure their needs are met. - Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and issues through various channels such as email, chat, and social media. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to customers. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance the customer experience. - Analyze customer feedback and data to improve the overall customer success strategy. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online customer success.
