Online Customer Success Representative

Description: Clicks Group is seeking a motivated and resilient Online Customer Success Representative to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. This part-time role at Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via online platforms, including emails, live chat, and social media - Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Utilize project management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously - Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders - Maintain accurate customer records and feedback for analysis and improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Proven experience in customer service or sales - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize - Motivated to succeed and exceed customer expectations - Resilient in handling challenging situations with customers - Comfortable using online platforms and CRM systems
