Job Description - Online Customer Success Representative

Job Description:


Sanlam is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Representative to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with account management, troubleshooting technical issues, and navigating our online platform. 3. Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and promote our products and services. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 5. Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve our online customer experience. 6. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. Personality traits: reliable, independent 2. Soft skills: teamwork, time management 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and online communication tools. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Experience in financial services or insurance industry is a plus.
