Job Description:
As an Online Customer Success Representative at Absa Group Limited, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products and services. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention by solving problems, addressing inquiries, and guiding customers through our online platforms.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with navigating our online platforms, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving account-related problems. 3. Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are satisfied with our services and to address any potential issues. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote new products and services to existing customers. 6. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation of interactions for future reference.
Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong dedication and drive to provide outstanding customer service. 3. Excellent teamwork and time management skills. 4. Knowledge of online banking and financial services is a plus. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change. 6. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 7. Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools.
