Job Description - Online Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


Netcare is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar customer service position.


Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through various online platforms to ensure satisfaction and retention - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues - Monitor customer accounts to identify potential problems and proactively address them - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records - Identify upselling opportunities and promote additional products or services to customers - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and preferences - Meet or exceed monthly customer satisfaction and retention goals


Requirements: - Hardworking and adaptable personality traits - Excellent negotiation and time management skills - Previous experience in online customer service preferred - Proficiency with CRM software and online communication tools - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
