Online Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

Netcare is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is necessary, but we are looking for individuals who are reliable, confident, and possess strong emotional intelligence and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with online customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Manage customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media channels - Provide product recommendations and information to customers - Collaborate with other departments to address and escalate customer concerns as needed - Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist in developing and implementing customer success strategies - Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer interactions

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills - Basic computer skills - High school diploma or equivalent - Reliable internet connection - Comfortable with using various online platforms
