Job Description - Online Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


FirstRand is seeking an experienced Online Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: - Manage relationships with our online customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products or services - Provide support and guidance to customers on how to best utilize our online platform - Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and enhance the overall customer experience - Develop and implement strategic initiatives to increase customer engagement and retention - Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations - Provide regular reporting on key metrics related to customer success and satisfaction


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships - Proficiency in using online platforms and tools - Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively - Dedicated and resilient attitude towards customer success - Experience in planning and executing strategic initiatives
