Online Customer Support Associate

AngloGold Ashanti is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Associate to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media. - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner. - Assist with order processing, tracking, and shipment updates. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Identify and report trends in customer feedback to improve processes and service quality.

Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in customer support or similar roles. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure. - Reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team. - Proficient in using various online platforms and tools for customer support.
