Job Description - Online Customer Support Associate

Telkom SA is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Customer Support Associate in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time position at the Associate level with a requirement of at least 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide outstanding customer service through online platforms such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3. Assist in troubleshooting technical problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Work closely with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.


Requirements: 1. Resilient and passionate individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers. 3. Excellent planning and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Familiarity with online customer support platforms and tools. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
