Job Description - Online Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Anglo American Platinum is seeking an experienced and dedicated Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online customer support representatives, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience - Monitor customer feedback and implement changes to address any issues or concerns - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in online customer support - Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive performance


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in a customer support management role - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities - Confidence in decision-making and problem-solving - Persuasion skills to influence team members and stakeholders - Innovative mindset to drive continuous improvement
