Job Description - Online Customer Support Manager

Position Summary: MMI Holdings is seeking an experienced Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This part-time role is ideal for a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in customer support management. The ideal candidate will be resilient, energetic, and have strong strategic planning and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities: - Manage the online customer support team, including hiring, training, and performance management - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty - Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in online customer support - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer support management - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and retention - Experience with online customer support platforms and tools
