Job description:

Mondi Group is seeking a motivated and driven Online Customer Support Officer to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time entry-level position perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in customer support within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and efficient support to customers through various online channels such as email, live chat, and social media. - Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating and finding appropriate solutions. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that customer inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently. - Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve customer support processes and procedures. - Assist with data entry and administrative tasks related to customer support.

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer support role is preferred but not required. - Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with customers via online channels. - Creativity and adaptability to handle a wide range of customer inquiries and issues. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with customer support software is a plus.
