Job Description - Online Customer Support Representative

As an Online Customer Support Representative at Imperial Logistics in Soweto, Gauteng, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms. This part-time entry-level position requires no prior experience, making it a great opportunity for those looking to start a career in customer support.


Responsibilities: -Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner -Assisting customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries -Processing customer orders and ensuring accurate and timely delivery -Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills -Utilizing various online tools and platforms to assist customers and track orders -Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience
