Online Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

Bidcorp is currently seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. As an Entry Level position with no prior experience required, this role is perfect for individuals who are confident, dedicated, and possess excellent persuasion and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via email, chat, and phone - Providing information about products and services - Assisting customers with placing orders and navigating the company website - Handling and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner - Communicating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Working collaboratively with team members to achieve customer service goals - Injecting a sense of joy and vibrancy into the work environment - Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills - Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Must be confident and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
