Job Description:
Barloworld, a leading company in the Johannesburg area, is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Online Customer Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role with a minimum of 4 years of experience, the Online Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online platforms.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner through email, chat, and social media channels. 2. Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and order processing support to customers. 3. Resolving customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy. 4. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Monitoring online reviews and feedback to address any customer issues or trends. 6. Assisting with online promotions and campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales. 7. Providing feedback to management on customer trends and suggestions for improvement.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or online support role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds. 3. Creativity and planning skills to develop innovative solutions to customer inquiries. 4. Adaptable and reliable personality traits to handle a fast-paced and changing online environment. 5. Proficiency in online communication tools and platforms. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
