Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Online Customer Support Representative to join our team at Clicks Group in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles. The responsibilities of the Online Customer Support Representative include, but are not limited to:

- Providing prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner - Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their queries - Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Monitoring online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement
