Online Customer Support Representative

Harmony Gold, a leading mining company, is seeking a motivated and adaptable Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

As an Online Customer Support Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and accurate support to customers via online channels such as email, chat, and social media. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with product inquiries, technical issues, and general questions. Your role will also involve troubleshooting problems, escalating issues when necessary, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

In addition to handling customer inquiries, you will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the customer support team. You should possess excellent presentation skills and be able to effectively communicate with customers in a clear and professional manner.

The ideal candidate for this position will be energetic, adaptable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. A background in customer support or a related field is required, as well as strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
