Job Description:
Imperial Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-centric Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support roles. As an Online Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media platforms.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information and recommendations to customers. 3. Assist customers with order processing, shipping, and returns. 4. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other teams to continuously improve customer support processes. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 8. Contribute to the overall success of the customer support team by meeting KPIs and targets.
Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Adaptable and confident personality traits. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers. 4. Critical thinking skills and a problem-solving mindset. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. Familiarity with online customer support tools and platforms. 7. Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends. 8. Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
