Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Foschini Group in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in customer support roles.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service via online platforms such as chat, email, and social media. 2. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. 3. Assist customers with order tracking, returns, and exchanges. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. 5. Monitor online reviews and feedback to improve customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, policies, and procedures. 7. Identify trends and suggest improvements for customer support processes.
