Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Live Chat Assistant at Standard Bank Group in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no specific years of experience required.
As an Online Live Chat Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers through live chat on our website, answering their inquiries, providing assistance, and resolving any issues they may have. You will be the first point of contact for our online customers and will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: - Engage in live chat with customers, providing prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries - Assist customers with account-related issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and providing product information - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed performance targets for response time and customer satisfaction - Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution
Requirements: - Resilient and reliable with the ability to handle challenging situations with composure - Strong adaptability to quickly learn new processes and technologies - Excellent teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues - Good verbal and written communication skills in English - Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online chat platforms - High school diploma or equivalent qualification
