Online Live Chat Assistant

Exxaro Resources, a leading mining company based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team. This Associate Level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information via live chat - Provide support and assistance to customers navigating our website or using our online services - Identify and escalate any customer issues or concerns to the appropriate department for resolution - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote products and services through online chat - Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Resourceful and reliable individual with strong attention to detail - Excellent people management skills to handle customer inquiries effectively - Critical thinking skills to solve problems and provide solutions to customers - Proficient in using live chat software and other online communication tools - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
