Online Live Chat Assistant

Gold Fields is looking for an Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

As an Online Live Chat Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to interact with customers in real-time through online chat platforms to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. You will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.

In addition to assisting customers, you will also be responsible for conducting research to provide accurate and timely information to customers, as well as maintaining a high level of attention to detail to ensure all customer interactions are handled with care and accuracy.

The ideal candidate for this role will be adaptable and confident, with a strong ability to think on their feet and problem-solve in real-time. You must also have a high level of attention to detail and be comfortable conducting research to find answers to customer inquiries.
