Job Description:
Netcare is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Associate to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The Online Live Chat Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers in real-time through online chat platforms to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time via online chat platforms to provide support and assistance. 2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and effectively. 3. Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies. 4. Document customer interactions and maintain customer records in a timely manner. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 6. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and procedures. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
Requirements: 1. Independent and energetic personality traits. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers. 3. Innovative problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficient in using online chat platforms and other customer service tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
