Online Live Chat Manager

Job Description:

Mr Price Group is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Manager to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the online live chat platform, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales through live chat interactions. This role is at a Mid-to-Senior Level and requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage the online live chat platform and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries - Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and returns - Drive sales through live chat interactions and upsell products to customers - Monitor and track key performance indicators related to live chat interactions - Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Train and mentor junior team members on best practices for online live chat management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service

Requirements: - 8 years of experience in online live chat management or a related field - Reliable and resourceful personality traits - Strong presentation and creativity skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of driving sales through online chat interactions - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Experience with live chat software and customer relationship management systems
