Online Live Chat Officer

Job description:

Mondi Group is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Online Live Chat Officer in our Cape Town office. This part-time position offers the opportunity for an Associate Level candidate with at least 2 years of experience to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online live chat to provide support, answer queries, and offer solutions - Conduct research to fully understand customer needs and provide accurate and timely responses - Utilize critical thinking skills to resolve customer issues and provide excellent service - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve more complex customer complaints - Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience through the online chat platform - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Resourceful and independent individual who can work autonomously - Strong research skills to gather relevant information and understand customer needs - Critical thinking abilities to analyze situations and provide effective solutions - Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and CRM systems - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
