Online Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Telkom SA is seeking a dedicated and passionate Online Live Chat Representative to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Provide real-time assistance to customers through online chat support - Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with professionalism and empathy - Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and support - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer experience - Maintain accuracy and efficiency in handling multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Analyze customer interactions to identify trends and suggest improvements - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask - Creativity in problem-solving and finding solutions for customers - Analytical skills to evaluate customer needs and provide appropriate support - Proficiency in typing and navigating online chat platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
