Online Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Harmony Gold is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Online Live Chat Representative in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers through online chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide feedback for process improvement. 4. Utilize excellent people management and leadership skills to guide customers through various products and services. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure resolution.

Requirements: 1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 2. Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others. 3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and basic computer skills. 5.
