Adcock Ingram, a leading pharmaceutical company based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Specialist to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are independent, confident, and possess excellent persuasion and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat on the company's website to provide support, answer questions, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Utilize your knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively promote and sell to potential customers. - Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for improving customer engagement and increasing sales through the live chat platform. - Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers and provide detailed reports on chat performance metrics. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online customer service to continually improve the quality of live chat interactions.

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor while engaging with customers. - Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software programs. - High school diploma or equivalent. College coursework in marketing or a related field is a plus. - Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required. - Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
